Nadesh Ayurveda offers half-a-day or full-day private or small group Ayurvedic cooking classes.
Why do we find the Ayurvedic way of processing food essential? Because, according to Ayurveda principles, food is not only a pleasure for senses, but also a medicine for body, mind and soul. Nourishing the body following Ayurvedic concepts means a valid help to regain harmony and balance.
The participants attending our courses will begin to familiarize with these principles and identify the best foods to restore and preserve their health.
In addition, they will learn cruising between various dietary regimens and fashions in order to compose the best personal menus for their own Ayurvedic constitution in a seasonal harmony.
During our courses, participants will learn how to prepare and cook typical ayurvedic dishes (spicy rice, dahl, chapati, fruit and vegetable chutney, etc.) as well as basic seasonings like ghee. They will learn the use of main spices to enhance digestibility and taste of all food preparations. All will be accompanied by ayurvedic drinks and herbal teas.
